General FAQs

How do I get to you?

Please follow directions to ‘Padstow Kitchen Garden’ only and do not use the postcode. This will take you to the wrong place.

Is there on site parking?

Yes, you can park for free at our farm if you are attending one of our events.

Do you have disabled access?

As we are a working farm, our ground is uneven across the majority and you will need to cross over muddy paths at certain points. So please bear this in mind if you are attending one of our feasts and use a wheelchair or mobility vehicle. Unfortunately, our workshops would not be suitable for someone who requires a wheelchair or mobility vehicle.

How can I find out about future feasts and workshops?

Please sign up to our mailing list here, where you will get first access to any tickets that go on sale.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do not offer physical gift cards, but virtual gift cards can be purchased from our online shop. Gift cards will be emailed within 2-3 days of ordering to the provided email address. Gift cards are non refundable in any circumstance.

Feast FAQs

I have a food allergy, can I still come to your feast?

Unfortunately due our limited and outdoor set up we cannot cater for allergies or dietary requirements except vegetarian and pescatarian. In some circumstances the menu may meet your requirements, please email us in advance and make us aware.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are NOT allowed to attend our feasts. We will not tolerate them being left in vehicles as this can cause stress to the animal. Please leave your pets at home where they are safe and comfortable. Or contact one of the many dog daycares in Padstow.

I have booked tickets for your event and can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Customers will receive a full refund minus a £5 booking fee, if cancelling before 10 days prior to the feast. If cancelled within 10 days of the event you will not be refunded. In certain circumstances we can transfer customer bookings onto a different feast hosted by Padstow Kitchen Garden. We will allow the transfer of tickets and advise customers to transfer bookings to friends or family members if they can no longer attend an event. Due to limited spaces on each event and pre-ordering, if you do not turn up to the feast, you will not receive a refund or a transfer. In extreme circumstances, please contact us.

Can I turn up early and walk around the garden before the feast?

As we are a working farm, guests are not permitted to walk around the garden. We ask you not to turn up early as there is a chance we could still be setting up. Please arrive at the arrival time stated on the feast and not before.

Can I buy alcohol or soft drinks at Padstow Kitchen Garden?

Due to licensing we do not offer the sale of alcohol. All of our events are BYO. We will provide table water. We will also provide wine glasses and water glasses.

What should I wear?

Our feasts are held in our polytunnel. This is a working polytunnel with uneven ground. We advise you to wear suitable footwear and clothing suited to the weather. The polytunnel should always be warm but please come prepared just in case.

Can I walk to your farm from Padstow or the Camel Trail?

There is no public access from the camel trail or the saints way footpath up to our farm. The only public footpath from Padstow is the path that leads behind Tesco and the football club, through the campsite and onto our lane leading down to the farm.
